David Hurn
David Hurn's new album The Beautiful Trustful Future, will be released on 10th March 2008 on Fire Records.The album which was written, produced and arranged by David, features musical contributions from James O'Sullivan, Chris Prosser, Amaryllis Rizou, Claire Brock, Yazz Ahmed Tom Springbett and Niklas Tafra.
A single, The Man Who Stayed In Bed Forever, will precede the album release and will be available from 21st January on 7" vinyl.

The long awaited James Joyce tribute album is now scheduled for release will be released on 10th March 2008. 36 different acts (including Sonic Youth, Jim O’Rourke, Peter Buck and many more) set original music to Joyce’s Chamber Music poems. David contributed Hole In A Heart, featuring Abigail Hopkins and James O’Sullivan.

Other news

David is currently recording a new solo album as well as working closely alongside James O'Sullivan on material for a Four Seasons Television album.

David appears as guest vocalist on Abigail Hopkins recently released Ep The Lighthouse Keeper. David sings lead vocal on the track I Have Been Searching . The song is available to listen to and to download here.

Film-maker and photographer Chiara Ambrosio is currently making a short film to accompany David's song Jennifer (phantom Soul Miner). Some of Chiara's work can be viewed here.
